This time my laptop's in for a broken graphics card, thought I suspect that the motherboard is the culprit.
Been in repair for 4 moths now, good job Rock! I seriously have never encountered a company as incompetent as this. I have not had a single instance of the laptop just going in and being repaired, it has always taken at least 2 tries. I probably haven't had it in my possession close to 7 months now. The worst thing about it is that it takes so much effort to get them to do what they're supposed to and then they get annoyed that you keep calling.
The best thing I've heard this time is that there's no way to tell what graphics card you're putting into a laptop until you power it on and do a test; I was struck dumb.
